Prefer a bit of variety in your diving? Then our Northern Exposure program combines the ambon scorpion fish and flying gurnards of macro hotspot PJ with the unspoilt wall diving and impressive gorgonian fans of Menjangen National Marine Park. Both dive locations offer fantastic photo opportunities with Menjangen being the most likely spot in Bali for whale shark sightings.

Day One: Pick up from Denpasar airport and transfer to your overnight accommodation in Sanur.

Day Two: 2 Dives in Puri Jati (Macro) followed by a drive to Seririt (approx. 3 hours) in the north of the island. Enjoy two afternoon dives looking for sea moths and blue ringed octopus with your expert guide. Overnight in Jumbawa gesthouse, Pemuteran.

Day Three: 3 Dives in Menjangen Marine Park where you can choose from walls and drift dives. Depart the resort and drive to Menjangen National Marine Park. Enjoy three wall dives with your expert guide, don’t forget the camera, as the gorgonian fans are great for capturing haunting images, oh and keep an eye out in the blue for eagle ray, tuna, school of trevallies and other large pelagics. The day ends with a scenic drive to our Tulamben resort.

Day Four: 3 Dives in Tulamben Reserve + 1 night dive which you can choose to do on the USAT Liberty wreck or at the Wall or our local Macro site. Up to four dives in the famous Tulamben area are schedule today, three day dives and one night dive; you will sleep one more night in Tulamben and leave to south Bali the following morning. Dive the USAT Liberty wreck, National Geographic’s best wreck site in South East Asia, the Tulamben Drop Off, a wall down to 80 meters, and the Coral garden full of critters and colors, you will probably meet a white tip shark at around 6 meters depth, leaf fish, lots of nudibranchs and ribbon eels. This day ends with a night dive on the USAT Liberty wreck where you can find large humphead parrot fish, grouper and red snapper hunting in the light of your torch, lots of night macro, dozen of kinds of crabs mimicking the surrounding coral and shrimp starting to feed in the night.

Day Five: Depart for either Denpasar airport or your hotel in south Bali.
